A Second Chance at Success

YHI in-home family counseling and education helps sustain families and eliminates the need for children to be placed in foster care. YHI In-Home Family Services works with families who are at risk of having their children placed in foster care to prevent removal. The goals of this program are to keep families together, to reduce risk of harm to children and make families safe, and to assist families in building community-based support systems to strengthen the family structure.
